Ella has a broad practice in commercial and public law including corporations, tax and planning.

Before coming to the bar, Ella was Associate to Justice Gordon at the High Court, Senior Associate to Justice Dixon at the Supreme Court, and a solicitor in litigation at Arnold Bloch Leibler, where she worked on complex commercial matters.

Ella completed her undergraduate law degree at Cambridge University as a Cambridge Commonwealth Trust Scholar, where she was awarded the Richard Akinjide Prize for exceptional academic performance. Ella also holds an LLM from Melbourne University (first class honours GPA) and a Masters and Teaching Fellowship from Columbia University.
